Goa Archbishop Extends Eid-ul-Fitr Greetings, Calls for Unity and Mutual Respect

Extending warm wishes on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr 2026, the Archbishop of Goa and Daman conveyed heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community, emphasising unity, compassion, and interfaith harmony.

On behalf of the Catholic faithful, the Archbishop, along with Simião Fernandes, wished Muslim brothers and sisters peace, blessings, and divine mercy as they mark the culmination of the holy month of Ramadan.
