Two key Goa government websites — the Right to Information (RTI) portal and the Bunaksha digital mapping system — have reportedly been inaccessible for over 48 hours, triggering concern among citizens and activists.
The Government of Goa-run platforms are widely used for filing RTI applications and accessing digital land records and mapping data. However, users have reported that both websites have remained non-functional for more than two days.

Authorities have not yet clarified the exact reason behind the outage. It remains unclear whether the disruption is due to technical issues, maintenance work, or a possible cyberattack.
Environmentalists and concerned citizens have flagged the matter, pointing out that the downtime comes at a time when Goa is witnessing several protests related to environmental issues and land use. Activists say the inaccessibility of the RTI and Bunaksha portals has hampered transparency and made it difficult to access crucial land and planning records.
Many have urged the government to immediately restore the services and issue a public clarification regarding the cause of the disruption.
