GFDC Chairperson and MLA Dr. Deviya Rane has announced a strict ban on alcohol and plastic at Goa’s waterfalls as part of an initiative to curb littering and preserve the natural environment.

Authorities have introduced measures including plastic pickers, placement of waste bins, bag checks, and fines for violators to ensure compliance. The move aims to maintain cleanliness and enhance the experience for visitors while protecting the region’s ecological balance.
