In view of the inaugural function of the 37th National Games Goa 2023 on October 26, Goa Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory. The traffic flow on certain roads will be affected for a few hours.
The Goa Police in the advisory has mentioned the road on which the traffic will be affected from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm on October 26th. They have also mentioned alternate routes to travel from South Goa to North Goa and vice versa. Moreover, in the advisory, the city traffic circulation, alternate routes to Dabolim airport, and most importantly, the route to the stadium for the inaugural function have been cited.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that the road from Verna Titan Circle to Margao will be closed at 6 p.m. He further said that the government office in Margao will be working for half a day on October 26th.
This advisory has been issued in consideration of PM Modi’s presence for the inaugural function of the 37th National Games to be held at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, on October 26th.
