Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly Ganesh Gaonkar will represent the state at the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) to be held in Barbados from October 5 to 12.
Gaonkar will join the Indian Parliamentary Delegation led by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. During the conference, he is expected to highlight key themes such as climate action, strengthening democratic transparency, and enhancing Goa’s global engagement.
