MARGAO, MAY 4
In a major fire, a residential house at Sarzora was gutted this afternoon, destroying property worth Rs 2 lakh.
The fire is believed to have occurred at around 2 pm and it soon spread to the house, gutting household items. A lone fire brigade was used in the fire fighting operations.
The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
