PANJIM: Ratnakar Desai, Information Officer, Department of Information and Publicity was accorded a warm and affectionate farewell at a function held at Udyog Bhawan here on Tuesday on attaining his superannuation by the Staff of the Department.
Arvind Bugde, Director of Information & Publicity, bid him farewell by presenting bouquets and all wished him a very happy, healthy and prosperous life after retirement.
Bugde appreciated the role played by Desai as Information Officer for the improvement of the department.
Prakash Naik, Assistant Information Officer, on the occasion praised Desai for proving his mettle all along in various capacities in the Department.
