“I don’t want to spoil anyone’s name. In one of the property documents of Suleman Khan, ex Mapusa BJP MLA Francis D’Souza’s name is there as a confirming party. Siddiqui alias Suleman had made a police complaint that his papers are lost. Thereafter he circulated the papers in the market that this property is for sale. I was looking out for a property if it was cheap and that is how I found the papers. So yesterday, after Siddiqui, gave the Crime Branch the slip, I was alerted,” activist Sanjay Barde told Herald TV in an exclusive interview.

“Ex Mapusa MLA is the confirming party for the property deed. When the sale deed took place in Valpoi, the deputy chief minister Francis Dsouza and a BJP member was a witness. There is total loot of Comunidade properties in Mapusa. If Suleman has sold this property using fake papers, imagine what money he must have made. I do not know if he has converted it to a commercial party. The PDA should inquire into this,” Barde said.
