A shocking incident unfolded late Monday night in Codar, Khandepar, where a laborer allegedly murdered his brother-in-law, Deepak Tirkey, following an alcohol-fueled altercation. Both men were natives of Jharkhand and were employed as farm workers in the area.

According to police sources, the incident took place during a heated argument between the two men, who were believed to be under the influence of alcohol at the time. Preliminary investigation suggests that the dispute escalated rapidly, leading to the fatal attack.
