MARGAO: A 27-year-old man, Joseph Ferreira from Borda, tragically lost his life in a collision involving a two-wheeler and a bus. The accident occurred near a nursing home at Old Market, Margao.

According to Margao police, Joseph was travelling from Margao towards Fatorda when the incident took place. He was initially taken to South Goa District Hospital, but due to the seriousness of his condition, he was subsequently transferred to Goa Medical College (GMC) in Bambolim, where he succumbed to his injuries while receiving
treatment.
