A leopard entered a guest house at Varchawada-Nanoskarwada around 1.30 am, chased a dog to the first floor and attacked it before jumping down and escaping into a nearby forest.
The incident has caused concern among local residents, who fear that the leopard may continue to enter residential areas in search of prey.
