 Local fishermen cast their net from a canoe opposite the anchored trawlers in the Mandovi river. Although the 61-day fishing ban ended on July 31  most of the trawlers have not ventured in the sea due to rough weather warnings issued by the Indian Meterological Department. Vincent Braganza
