Members of the Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress staged a protest at Panaji Market, drawing attention to the ongoing shortage of LPG cylinders in the state.
During the demonstration, the protesters alleged that cooking gas cylinders are currently unavailable to many consumers, leading to difficulties for households that depend on LPG for daily cooking needs.
The members said the situation has created significant inconvenience for families and urged the Government of Goa to intervene immediately to ensure adequate supply of cooking gas across the state.
Protesters called on the authorities to address the supply disruption at the earliest and take necessary steps to prevent further hardship to consumers.
