MARGAO: A major fire broke out in an ayurvedic clinic at Colva, triggering panic in the locality and destroying property. Dr Nagaraj told the media that the incident occurred at around 2 pm when the fire broke out following an electric spark. The fire soon spread, gutting down property, including medicines.
Fire officer K D Sail said the exact loss could not be ascertained since the owner sought time to submit the details. He denied that there was a LPG cylinder blast in the clinic.
