Mapusa Body Case Turns Murder, FIR Filed Against Unknown Accused

A body discovered in Bodgini, Mapusa, with a missing ear is now being treated as a murder case by the police. Initially registered as an unnatural death, the case took a serious turn after preliminary findings suggested foul play. Mapusa Police have filed an FIR against an unknown person based on a complaint lodged by PSI Pandhari Chopdekar.

The deceased, believed to be a man aged between 40 and 45 years, has not yet been identified. Police teams are working to establish his identity and uncover the circumstances leading to his death. Investigators are also trying to trace the accused involved in the crime. Authorities have intensified efforts in the area, and further investigation is currently underway to piece together the sequence of events.
