The National Investigation Agency on Thursday strongly opposed the release of the vehicle which was seized by the investigating agency in connection with the Margao bomb blast case.
This is the second time that an application has been made for the release of the vehicle, even though the previous application was rejected by the South Goa Sessions court trying the case.
Special Public Prosecutor, S B Faria, appearing for the NIA, strongly opposed the application for the release of the vehicle, saying that investigations in the case are not yet complete.
The court will pronounce its orders in the application at the next date of hearing on February 14.
The court will also pronounce its orders on the framing of charges against the two accused persons.
