Former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco was on Wednesday granted permission by the South Goa Sessions Court to visit Delhi.
Additional Sessions Judge Desmond D’Costa allowed Pacheco’s application to travel to Delhi between September 15 and 25.
When contacted, the Benaulim MLA said that he would leave for Delhi in a day or two and added that his visit is purely personal.
This is the second time that the former minister has obtained permission from the court to travel out of the State.
As per the condition imposed by the court while granting bail to the former minister in the Nadia Torrado death case, he is required to seek permission from the court while leaving the State.
