Mickky seeks permission for Delhi visit

Former Tourism Minister Mickky Pacheco on Tuesday approached the South Goa Sessions Court seeking permission to visit Delhi.
In his application, Mickky sought permission to travel to Delhi between September 15 and 25 for personal reasons.
The application will come up for hearing on Wednesday.
This is the second time that the former minister has sought permission from the South Goa Sessions Court to travel to Delhi. Last time around, the court had granted him permission to visit Delhi for a period of eight days.
The South Goa Sessions Court had imposed a condition while granting bail to Pacheco in the Nadia Torrado death case that he should seek permission of the court before travelling outside the State.
