On Wednesday, representatives from the Global Konknni Forum (GKF) met the MLA to advocate for equal status for Konkani in the Roman script. During the meeting, Sardesai highlighted the crucial role that the Roman script plays in the survival and promotion of the Konkani language.
A delegation led by Kennedy Afonso, President of the Global Konknni Forum (GKF), along with renowned tiartist Prince Jacob and other members, submitted a draft of two bills to MLA in Fatorda.
