MARGAO: Margao Municipal Council (MMC) has added books in Braille script to its public library. The books have been donated by Saksham Goa unit, which works for the disabled persons in Goa especially the visually impaired people in the State.
The books were handed over to the Deputy CM Vijai Sardesai, MMC chairperson Babita Angle at the function in the presence of Santosh Kamat, Abhay Prabhu and other office bearers of the Saksham Goa.
Santosh Kamat said, “We work especially for the blind. We have completed 10 years in Margao”.
