Mobile phones worth Rs 2 lakh stolen at Vasco

Mobile phones worth about Rs 2 lakh were stolen from a flat near St Andrew’s Church, Vasco, on Wednesday night.
According to Vasco Police, the burglars gained entry into the flat located on the first floor and decamped with 100 mobile phones.
Police further informed that complainant Modhara Prohit owns a shop, but would keep the mobile phones in the flat due to fear of thefts.
Vasco Police informed that the burglars gained entry into the flat by opening the gallery door so meticulously without even damaging the door and fled with the booty.
Vasco Police have registered an offence against unknown persons and is investigating the case.
