Mormugao BDO insisted on cash: p’yat secretary

VASCO: Chicalim Panchayat Secretary Siddesh Phaldesai has accused Mormugao BDO Mohini Halankar of directing the panchayat to pay Rs 25,000 in cash to meet expenses of some court matter.
