The Navelim Civic and Consumer Forum will have its monthly general meeting of consumers on October 24 at 4 pm at Casa Virgonite, Dongorim.
The issue of the Western Bypass on NH17 passing through Navelim and the recently notified ODP for Margao will be discussed at the meeting in addition to the regular issues of Post Office, PWD Water Supply, Goa Dairy Milk, Health, Road Safety & Traffic , Ration & Kerosene supply, Home Delivery of LPG cylinders,Banking, BSNL Telephones & Cable TV, Mega projects and Gram Sabha issues of Navelim, Telaulim & Aquem-Baixo Panchayats.
Senior Citizen cards will also be prepared at the meeting. Consumers of H.P. gas are requested to carry their booklets for stamping.
