Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal Gets Relief as Goa HC Cancels Warrant in Scooter Dispute

The Bombay High Court’s Goa Bench has quashed a bailable warrant and summons issued against Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal in a consumer case related to an alleged “missing” electric scooter.

The warrant was originally issued by the South Goa District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. With the High Court’s intervention, the order has been set aside, providing relief to Aggarwal while keeping the legal proceedings ongoing.
