One dies at Calangute beach

CALANGUTE (HC): A 35-year-old native of Beed-Maharashtra died at Calangute beach on Monday. According to Calangute police, Rajabhau Ram Yengse along with three other friends had arrived in Goa on Monday and visited Calangute beach in the afternoon. Yengse went for a swim, while others were on the shore.

According to Calangute police, Rajabhau Ram Yengse along with three other friends had arrived in Goa on Monday and visited Calangute beach in the afternoon. Yengse went for a swim, while others were on the shore. After being in and out of the water for sometime, Yengse came on the shores and complained of breathing problem. The Drishti lifeguards rushed him to Candolim PHC, where he was declared brought in dead. The body has been preserved at GMC, Bambolim.
