MARGAO: In a fatal accident a senior citizen aged 71 years, Samtario D’souza lost his life after he was knocked by a Maruti Alto car on Saturday at around 9 pm, in Nuvem. Maina Curtorim police informed that D’souza who was walking along the road was knocked by the car driven by one Bevinda Fernandes, of Aquem. An offence of rush and negligent driving has been registered.
