MARGAO: Yet another criminal case has emerged against Nigerian Sadiq Saleh for purchasing air conditioners and refrigerators worth Rs 1.2 lakh and not paying for them.
Margao Town Police registered a case of cheating against Saleh upon a complaint filed by one Antonio K, a Navelim businessman, who trades in dish and electronic items. The complainant stated that Saleh had purchased three air conditioners and two refrigerators but failed to pay the amount.
Multiple cases of cheating have been filed against Saleh, since he shot to the limelight for duping a footballer on the promise of getting him to play for FC Goa.
