MARGAO: Chief Officer of Margao Municipal Council Johnson Fernandes has today written to the Police Inspector of Fatorda Police Station to file a charge-sheet against the Narangis for distributing plastic carry bags and not paying the fine levied on them for it.
The complaint is filed against Mehboob Narangi who was found giving goods in plastic carry bags to people at a shop inthe SGPDA market whose actual holder is one Narangi.
