MARGAO, APRIL 8 (HR) — The Margao unit of the BJP on Wednesday gheraoed the electricity dept officials for the break down in the power supply to the many parts of Aquem since Sunday.
The morcha was led by Margao block President Navnath Khandeparkar and BJP Youth leader Sharmad Raiturkar, who confronted the power officials for the erratic supply of power to Aquem since the last four days. They pointed out that even though the department has claimed to have restored power supply, the power woes are far from over.
