Tourist Police personnel deployed at Baga Beach, along with a team from the Udaipur Police in Rajasthan, traced two men allegedly wanted in connection with a murder case on Sunday evening.
The accused, identified as Yashpal Singh and Yashwardhan Singh, both residents of Rajasthan, were traced at Baga Beach around 7 pm on August 9, 2026, following sustained efforts by Tourist Police personnel.

The men were allegedly wanted in connection with a murder case registered as Crime No. 442/2026 at a police station in Udaipur, Rajasthan, involving the murder of a woman.
Tourist Police personnel Ashok Thanekar, Hemant Kotkar, Nagesh Parsekar and Chadru Nilgur were involved in tracing and securing the accused, police said.
Following their apprehension, both men were handed over to the Udaipur Police team for further legal proceedings.
The Rajasthan Police will take further action in the case as per law.
