Sanjit Rodrigues, Prasad Lolayekar transferred out of Goa

PANJIM: The Union Home Ministry on Thursday ordered the transfer of three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from Goa.

According to an order, Sanjit Rodrigues, who was serving as MD and CEO of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Ltd (IPSCDL) and Prasad Lolayekar, who was Secretary, Education and Higher Education, have been transferred to Ladakh and Andaman respectively while Swetika Sachan has been transferred to Delhi.

Rajendra Kumar Sharma and Audesh Kumar Singh, who were posted in Arunachal Pradesh, have been transferred to Goa, while Prasanna A Acharya, who was posted in Mizoram, has been transferred to Goa.

Along with the IAS officers, Indian Police Service (IPS) officers too have been transferred to Goa.

The IPS officers who have been transferred to Goa are Ajay Krishna Sharma, a 2008 IPS officer, and Varsha Sharma, a 2010 IPS officer. Both the officers were posted in Andaman and Nicobar Islands before their transfer.
