South Goa Collector Holds Meeting to Review Proposals for Polling Station Rationalisation

South Goa Collector and District Election Officer Egna Cleetus (IAS) on Friday convened a meeting with representatives of various political parties, along with Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), to discuss key election-related preparations.

According to sources present at the meeting, the primary agenda was to review and examine proposals for the rationalisation of polling stations across the district. The exercise aims to streamline voter accessibility, ensure smoother conduct of elections, and address logistical concerns raised in previous electoral cycles.
