Power Minister Sudin Dhavalikar has questioned the credibility of the so-called United Opposition, stating that its leaders have a history of switching political parties and “will never remain united.”
Speaking to reporters, Dhavalikar said the opposition’s claims of unity were superficial and politically motivated. “Many of their leaders have changed parties several times. How can they talk about unity when they themselves lack consistency and loyalty?” he remarked.

The Minister added that the government remains focused on delivering development and governance, while the opposition is only engaged in rhetoric. Dhavalikar’s comments come amid growing discussions about opposition alliances ahead of the upcoming elections in Goa.
Political observers view his statement as a sharp counter to recent efforts by opposition leaders to project a consolidated front against the ruling coalition.
