Advocate Amit Palekar has termed the summons issued to protesters and political leaders in connection with last week’s 39A protest in Panaji as a “political conspiracy.”
Palekar alleged that the notices served by the Goa Police were intended to suppress dissent and silence those who had raised concerns during the protest.

According to him, the action against protesters was unjustified and politically motivated, claiming it was an attempt to intimidate individuals who participated in the demonstration.
The summons were issued following the protest held in Panaji last week, and further proceedings in the matter are awaited.
