Saligao Police have registered an FIR against a teacher from VM Parulekar Higher Secondary School, Verem, after a 17-year-old student and her guardian filed a complaint alleging misconduct.
According to the complaint, the teacher publicly humiliated the student and falsely accused her of being involved in an affair. The incident reportedly caused the student significant emotional distress, prompting the family to seek police action.
