The application filed by Adv Rajiv Gomes on behalf of Tejpal before the additional sessions-1 Judge Pramod Kamat on Wednesday will come up for hearing on September 16 afternoon.
Tejpal, who was charge sheeted for allegedly raping his colleague twice during Tehelka’s annual conference in a starred hotel last year, had sought all the documents from the CB. In May, FTC had directed the prosecution to initiate steps to make copies, mirror image, clone copies of all the material, hard drives, electronic records produced in the court along with the charge sheet, available to Tejpal. The order had given 20 days to comply with the order.
