PANJIM: In a gruesome incident, a 12-year-old girl was raped by three persons in separate incidents.
The Women Police Station, Panjim have arrested the three accused, who allegedly raped the same victim. The incident occurred last week and according to the victim, the three accused sexually assaulted her same day.

All three cases have been registered under Section 376-AB of IPC, Section 8 (2) of Goa Children’s Act, Section 4, 8 and 12 of POCSO. The three accused have been remanded in judicial custody.
