Goa Police have registered a murder case against three men — Sanjay Manjhi, Asish Kumar, and Jagnandan Sidar — in connection with the killing of 27-year-old Shshi Lakra at Mobor beach in Cavelossim.
According to police, the accused allegedly assaulted Lakra using a sharp weapon during the incident, resulting in a severe neck injury that caused his instantaneous death.
