PANJIM: The Mandrem Police have booked three persons for allegedly killing a man from Morjim resident.

On October 29, the accused Sanjay Kole, Laxmi Sandeep Sawant alias Anja and Prajay Kole assaulted Nitesh Parab from Varna Wada, Morjim, with kicks and hard objects which resulted in Nitesh sustaining serious injuries. Nitesh died while undergoing treatment at Goa Medical College, Bambolim.

The Mandrem Police have registered a case under section 103 read with 3(5) of BNS 2023 and the case is being investigated by Mandrem PI Sherif Jaques.
