PORVORIM: Acting swiftly, Mapusa Police arrested two non-Goan youth on charges of molesting a schoolgirl at Tivim on Friday evening.
Following a complaint lodged by the girl’s mother, police managed to get the registration number of the goods rickshaw and located the owner of the vehicle.

The owner divulged the names of the two youth ~ Prakash Gupta (21) and Ketan Matondkar (25) ~ who had been employed to operate his goods rickshaw.
