PANJIM: Two persons were injured, one of them seriously in a collision between two motorcycles at St Inez, Panjim on Wednesday night.
The police gave the name of the injured as Vijay Poojari (40) and Sundarva Poojari, both residents of Camrabhat-Tonca, Panjim.

The accident occurred near St Inez Church, when the two-wheeler ridden by Vijay Poojari collided against another two-wheeler. With the impact, Vijay was thrown off and received severe head injuries while, his mother Sundarva riding pillion received minor injuries.
Both the injured were later shifted to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Bambolim for treatment.
