PANJIM: The Mapusa police arrested one Majid Khan (20), a native of Rajasthan and presently residing at Bastora, Bardez for allegedly outraging the modesty of a minor girl.
Khan was arrested following a complaint on Saturday by the victim’s father, who complained that an unknown male person touched his minor daughter inappropriately in an open public place at Mapusa and fled form the spot.
