PANJIM (HSD) –The second leg of selection for Nationals in snooker started at Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias, Miramar from Monday.
In all, 52 entries have been received. Result of the matches held on the first day are as follows: Ronnie Fernandes beat Suchi Badigar (2-1) 23-49, 64-20, 55-28; Rency Rebello defeated Richard Pinto (2-1) 58-21, 30-55, 51-34; Nanda Bhaidkar outsmarted Sunny Sabharwal (2-1) 32-41, 55-36, 62-44 and Ali beat Jayesh Shetye (2-1) 37-33, 59-67, 57-23.
