PANJIM: Aaron Farias and Rishan Shaikh set to face off in the U-17 boys finals, while Yug Prabhu will challenge Ishaan Colaso for the U-11 boys title, in the Priority Gaspar Dias Open All-Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, organised by Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias in collaboration with the Goa Table Tennis Association, at the Gaspar Dias premises, Miramar.
Aaron and Rishan both endured tough semi-final matches, each securing hard-fought 3-1 victories over Atharv Dhulapkar and Chandan Caro, respectively, in the U-17 boys category. In the U-11 boys semi-finals, Yug Prabhu overcame Yuvaan Sanke 3-1 to set up a thrilling final against Ishaan Colaso, who decisively defeated Kaushik Nair 3-0 in the other semi-final.

Pradnya Caro, Neeza Kamat, and Ishita Colaso are all in contention for a double crown in the girls’ category, adding to the excitement. In the men’s category, Aaron Farias, Anshuman Agarwal, Arvind Kumar, Chandan Caro, Diljit Velingkar, Khushal Naik, Nagesh Verenker, and Rishan Shaikh have advanced to the top eight.
