A fine brace by Clifford Chukwuma helped Africans, Panjim mesmerize Sporting Juniors 2-0 in the final of all-Goa 5-a-side football tournament organised by Don Bosco Past Pupils, Panjim, at Don Bosco ground, Panjim.
Earlier in the semi-finals, Africans got the better of Assembly Boys while Spoiling Juniors defeated Troopers.
Ashraf Ali Nizari was the chief guest, who distributed awards and trophies to the winners. Wilson Rodrigues welcomed the teams and guests. Fr Wilfred Fernandes, Delegate, Past Pupils presided. Clyde Lobo proposed the vote of thanks. This unique tournament was a huge success wherein a record number of 44 teams participated.
