MANDOPA: Betalbatim SC shot-out Sarzora SC 4-3 via the tie-breaker to move into the semi-finals of the Mandopa Cup organised by Mandopa SC, at Mandopa ground, Navelim, on Saturday.
Chadel Fernandes opened the account for Sarzora with a placement shot in the 19th minute and took the early lead in the first half whereas Betalbatim equalised in the dying minutes of normal time through a penalty kick through Klusner Pereira to make it 1-1 at the end of regulation time.
In the tie-breaker, Betalbatim scored through Klusner, Ronaldo and Oliver while Kidram and Chadel netted for Sarzora SC.
Betalbatim SC will now meet Rossman Cruz Nagoa-Verna in semi-finals on December 17.
