Black Arrow Boys defeated Vailankani Boys 3-1 to lift the Selwyn memorial soccer title organised by the Boys of Povoacao at Macasana church ground. Olga, mother of late Selwyn was the chief guest and gave away the prizes. Placid compered. Agnelo Estibeiro proposed the vote of thanks.
