PANJIM: Bloomz International School, Borda celebrated its Sports Day with pomp and splendor at Arlem grounds, recently.
The sports day started with march past of all the four houses and after the ceremonial oath taking, the torch was lit. The Sports Meet was declared open by the Chief Guest VM Prabhudessai, Director of Sports and Youth affairs as he addressed the parents and students and spoke about the importance of sports in the students’ lives and how it plays a role in preparing them to be good citizens of India and the world.
BIS students performed dances, track events, drills and martial arts. The event came to an end with the prize distribution and singing of the national anthem.
