SANQUELIM:CDJ Ribander thumped Xetrapal Sports Club 5-0 to move into the semi-finals of the 2nd Late Musa Ali Aga Memorial football tournament organised by Eagles SC, at Sanquelim ground, on Saturday.
CDJ Ribander opened the score-line through Gourav Kankonkar in the fifth minute assisted by Salu Santos.
Later, Salu Santos doubled the account for Ribandar in the 15th minute. Vishal Adkonkar scored the third goal for Ribandar in the 25th minute.
As the match progressed in the second half, Devendra Murgaokar scored netted the fourth goal in the 40th minute and the fifth goal was scored by Jayesh Kadam in the 50th minute. Man-of-the-match was awarded to Devendra Murgaokar of CDJ Ribandar.
