CARMONA: Cross Boys of Carmona shot-out FC BXT boys 5-2 via the tie-breaker to lift the Carmona inter-ward trophy organised by Cross Boys of Carmona, at Our Lady of Socorro church ground, Carmona, on Sunday.
The full time score was 2-2.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Cross boys of Carmona proved to be better shooters. Caitan of Cross Boys was given the best defender of the final while Neil D’Cruz was awarded the first goal of the final.
Former international footballer Savio Medeira was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to winners and runners-up in the presence of Carmona church parish priest Fr Saude Pereira, Fr Luis Pinto, other dignitaries and club officials.
